The
Guardian Angel Emergency Response System was designed
with the latest technological advances in the field of emergency
response. Although the Guardian Angel System is state-of-the-art,
it is very easy to use. Your Guardian Angel Emergency Response
System includes an Easy TouchT Help Button (to be worn
around the neck, or around the wrist), and a Guardian Angel
Home Unit.
When the Easy TouchT Help Button is pushed, a signal is immediately
sent to our Guardian Angel Resource Center. A Guardian
Angel Specialist will communicate with the customer directly
to determine the extent of the emergency. If medical help
is needed, your Guardian Angel Specialist will contact
the appropriate emergency services right away. If the customer
is attempting to contact a neighbor, caregiver, or family
member, the Guardian Angel Specialist will reach that
person immediately. Rest assured, our specialists will stay
in contact with your loved one until the emergency is resolved.
The Guardian Angel Emergency Response System Includes:

Personal
Help Button - When your loved one needs help, they simply
press their Guardian Angel Pendant Button.
Guardian
Angel Home Unit - The unit immediately sends a signal to the
Guardian Angel Monitoring Center and establishes two-way voice
communication.
Within
seconds a Guardian Angel accesses their personal profile,
which is displayed on our computer. She/he asks what the emergency
is, and assesses the situation.
The
Guardian Angel then contacts the designated neighbor, loved
one, or emergency service to come to their assistance based
on their specific needs. Our Guardian Angel will stay in contact
until the emergency is over.
Our Monitoring Center:
Our Emergency Response Center is state-of-the-art. Our management team has more then ninety years of experience collectively in the industry. Our monitoring staff has an extensive three level training program with testing and certification at each level.
Providing the most personalized and professional service is the key to our success! Our Guardian Angel Monitoring Center is built to run 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our communications systems, computers, receiving equipment, and back-up power are fully redundant to ensure full-time operation. Two generators, coupled with redundant uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), provide electricity in the event of a power outage.
Our Disaster Recovery Plan:
We have a disaster recovery plan that includes a back-up facility in another state. In the event of a natural disaster, all operations would be forwarded to the back-up site in a matter of moments providing our customers with uninterrupted protection.
